[Traffic Camera] Seattle Drivers vs the Snow - Round 2!

Filmed 2/10/19 and 2/11/19. **Full title so people don't get mad: Seattle Drivers vs the snow, ice, steep hills and not enough plows.**

Seattle was hit with a total of 4 "Snow Events" over the past two weeks; in this video, I recorded people trying to drive during the last two. Lots of issues on the West Seattle Bridge, but downtown was no cakewalk either. As for the 45th St Viaduct ... why would you even attempt it in the snow?
