Chaos in Toronto During Snow Storm 2

This video is the snow storm that nearly paralyzed the city of Toronto February 8 2013. The Storm began at about 3:30 in the morning and ran all throughout the day, finally ending around 10:00pm.

This series of videos consists of exciting things like cars getting stuck, road rage, busses passing and getting stuck in oncoming lane, near accidents and much more.
