This is when she decides to tell on him for breaking that rule. When their mom comes, she decides to ground Noah, and he then becomes extremely angry at Kim for telling on him. Little did anyone know though that Noah had been feeling sick the entire time. He found himself randomly coughing and feeling ill but didn't tell anyone. There came a point where Noah completely passed out and scared his entire family. It turns out that he had chronic kidney disease and needed a new kidney to survive. This was the moment that his sister decided to donate her kidney to saver her brother's life. She really wanted to save her brother's life despite the fact that they would constantly argue.
