CEO Quits & Gives Up Her SALARY To Save Her Employees

In this Life Reels video, a boss by the name of Mark has a meeting with one of his employees Sebastian. During this meeting, the boss Mark learns that his employee Sebastian feels like he isn’t being valued in the company and he is overworked and exhausted. The entire time, Mark rolls his eyes and is convinced that the conversation is leading to Sebastian asking him for a raise, but this was not the case. Sebastian continues to explain that he wants to be respected more in the workplace but Mark doesn’t understand he only threatens to fire his employee. All of his employees see him as an evil boss because he doesn't value or respect any of the workers. The meeting ends with no resolution. A few moments later, Lexi (Marks business partner) enters and is concerned about why Sebastian wants to leave the company. She knows that he is one of the best employees and wants to help him. Lexi later meets with her employee Sebastian so that she can hear him out on the situation. Will Sebastian ever get Mark to understand where he is coming from?
