Let's get started.
We recommend that you wash your hands first.

Step 1 - Anti-aging facial exercises.
*This step does not need to apply cream.

Place the palms of the temples upward, turning 10 times.

Step 2 - Prevent dry facial bones.
*This step does not need to apply cream.

Use your fingertips to tap the scalp all over. It stimulates the strength and flexibility of the skull.
Use your fingertips to tap the forehead all over.
Use your index finger to tap the bone of your nose.
Use your fingertips to tap the jaw line.
Use your fingertips to tap the chin bone.
Place your palms on your cheekbones. Push up and lower your head and hold for 10-20 seconds.
Do the other side as well.
Use your knuckles to massage in circular motions on the scalp.

Step 3 - Increase facial fat.
*This step does not need to apply cream.

Use your index finger and thumb to pinch the skin all over your face.

To stimulate the production of collagen and elastin under the skin.

Step 4 - Facial massage, remove deep wrinkles.
*This step, you need to apply skin cream or facial massage oil.

Apply cream or facial oil to nourish the skin all over the face.
Massage from the temples up to the hairline, pulling the skin tight and moved to the forehead.
Pull the skin from the eyebrows up to the hairline until reaching the other temple.

Grab your chin and run your index finger and thumb from your chin to your ear. Do 5 times.
Do the same on the other side.
Place your index finger beside the bridge of your nose and drag it out to the side. Do 5 times.

Finished, make sure to do it regularly for 1 set per day.
After 2 weeks, you can do it 3 times a week.
