EASY Overlanding near Las Vegas | 8 Mile Road & Gouda Grilled Cheese

SUNDAY FUNDAY! We hit the trail to explore and find NEW off the water camping spots in Lake Mead National Recreation Area! The trail we hit is called 8 Mile Road, located 8 miles from the entrance of the park (park entrance by Lake Las Vegas).

8 mile road (from my research) was flagged as an easy overlanding trail (great for beginners) near Las Vegas, Nevada! Easy 28 mile trail with awesome views of the lake, great camping areas with lots of space for big rigs and larger groups along the shoreline. The trail area is pretty vast, there are a few main trails and a lot of off shoots. We found a few slices of paradise along the water and we will be back to camp and explore more!
