I visited Wilsons Prom two weeks back and filmed everything I ate! It was really fun to challenge myself a little and find some yummy vegan food that can stay safe to eat with no fridge/food cooler! I tried to focus on getting in lots of carbs for lots of sustained energy! The beans, bars and peanut butter also have lots of protein which helped fuel my muscles 💪

I did all my food shopping at Woolworths and spent about $40 all up which aint so bad for 3 days!
