WD Knew DM-SMR and ZFS were a bad match!?! WD Red SMR 3

In our third update for this series, we cover:
1. Ars Technica/ Jim Salter's great investigation piece confirming our results
2. HGST (now WD) presenting at an OpenZFS conference, by a current HGST/ WD employee, where they said DM-SMR was not suitable, and there was a discussion on how much work it would be to make ZFS compatible with host-managed SMR
3. Synology users are seeing similar issues - we discuss one where WD did the right thing and advanced RMA'd the SMR drives with CMR WD Red Pros. Synology also now lists WD Red DM-SMR drives as "incompatible"
4. A possible reason these drives made it through all of the alleged testing that WD and NAS vendors do.
5. Taking a temperature test to see what is going on at WD since admitting to surreptitiously swapping DM-SMR into a portion of its WD Red line.

There is certainly a lot to cover in this video. At the same time, we need to get the word out to those who may be considering these hard drives that they should never have been qualified.
