Here’s the recipe for Molecular Cuisine Kombucha cocktail pods:
- 1 L Water
- 5 g Sodium Alginate (you can buy a Reverse Specification pack HERE: https://amzn.to/2XjVJwt)
- 400 g pre-bottled Kombucha
- 12 g Calcium Lactate (included in the above RS package)
