What is the most "movie like" moment you've had?

I was living with a girl from Texas. I had met her online via IRC way back in the day. She kind of stalked me and eventually, I let her come visit me. Needless to say, we hit it off. She returned a few months later to come and live with me. We got a place together and for a few years, it was nice.

She started to get depressed as making friends proved impossible and she missed her mom and her horse. The decision was made to separate and for her to go back home. I spent the next few weeks helping her move back and finally, taking her to the airport. I tell ya, that was difficult AF.

It was the longest, saddest hug and kiss I've ever experienced. I could see her tears watching her look back as she ascended the escalator. She waved, I waved. I said "I love you". She smiled and said it back and added "We'll see each other again". then she disappeared.

As I walked out of the airport and to my car, it started to rain. I laughed. I thought to myself "wow, just like a movie". I never saw her again but life has moved on. Boy has it moved on. New movie moments will happen. Oh yes. Yes they will. =)

This was some sappy shit, huh? lol. Anyway, what was your most memorable moment that could have been in a movie?
