Replacing A Failing Culvert

Replacing a failing or clogged culvert on this property. The plastic culvert in the driveway is full of mud and dirt along with the ends being smashed. So I dig it up and replace it with a new double walled 18" plastic culvert. I had a little trouble at first with the neighbor, he really didn't want me digging on his property but after him seeing and me explaining I was able to clean his ditch out and get it to drain. The ditch had been silted in over the years so it really needed dug out. Then I dumped a load of base rock on the entrance and around the pipe, got it tracked in and leveled off.
