* 488g steamed tail lobster
* tail and head shell washed
* 4 eggs
* 1 large whit onion
* 2 large tomatoes
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
* 2 tbsp. cream cheese spread or cheese whiz spread
* 2 tsp cornflour
* 1 tbsp fine chopped spring onion
* 1/2 tsp himalayan salt or cooking salt

Optional:
* 1 tsp. vegeta or any seasoning
* 1/4 tsp. sugar

Sour cream dipping sauce:
* sour cream
* mayonnaise
* dijon mustard
* garlic clove
* salt
* sugar
* chives
* lime or lemon
