Ingredients:

* 1.4 kilos round roast beef
* 1 large white onion
* 1 whole garlic
* 1-2 fresh rosemary
* 2 carrots
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 2 bayleaf
* 1/2 tsp. thyme
* 1/2 tsp. rosemary
* 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/2- 1 tsp. pepper
* 1/2 tsp. salt

Optional:
* 1/2 tsp. vegeta or any seasoning
* 1/4 tsp. sugar

Roast Vegetables

* 3 cups. brushed potatoes
* 2 cups. carrots
* 2 cups. pumpkin butternut or squash

Oven: 180C or 350F
Bake : 2 hrs and 10 minutes
