Yoga Foundations Session 3: Balance, Core Stability & Key Poses (40+ Inflexible Active Adults)
In session three of Heather’s five-part “Yoga Foundations for Inflexible Active Adults Over the Age of 40” series, she explains why balance, flexibility, core strength, and core stability matter in midlife, especially for maintaining independence, preventing falls, and recovering from weakness after injury.
