Day 18: Summer Glow Up Challenge 💪

Today’s challenge is protein.

Not in an “everybody carry a gallon jug and eat plain chicken in the parking lot” kind of way 😂

Just prioritize it a little more than most people do.

Protein matters for muscle, recovery, hormones, energy, staying full longer, healthy aging, all of it. Especially as we get older and start losing muscle more easily.

So today, pay attention to how much protein you’re actually getting.

Eggs.
Greek yogurt.
Chicken.
Fish.
Protein shake.
Whatever works for your life.

And no, eating more protein does not automatically mean becoming a bodybuilder. Although if you accidentally wake up looking like a Marvel character tomorrow please let me know your secrets. 😂

Most people simply feel better when they prioritize protein consistently.
