Elvis' Meatloaf (Mrs. Mary Jenkins)
I made this exactly as it is written on the recipe postcard from Graceland. Of course it needs salt and pepper, but tastes vary, so you will need to adjust those amounts to your tastes. It some how was cut in editing, but the amount of ground beef the recipe calls for is 2 lbs. Also missing from the recipe is the seasoning. I followed the recipe that I was given. The meatloaf does need salt and pepper to taste. (the amount is up to you, we seasoned it on our plates) Enjoy!
