President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivers his 6th and final State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Joint Session of the 18th Congress (Third Regular Session) on July 26, 2021.

The Chief Executive fulfills his annual constitutional obligation amid the global health crisis brought by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Several time-honored practices and protocols usually observed in the SONA have been modified to ensure the safety of all the invited guests in the House of Representatives.
