Butchering Some Meat - Another Day in the Life - Stan Zuray

Not really a complete how to video on butchering but more just turned on the camera while stripping the meat off some caribou quarters in my house and talking about the subject and some marten skinning I've been doing lately. A little look into life for some in a village in interior Alaska.
