B12 Deficiency and Me!

Welcome back to another vlog.

I almost didn't press record on this video today as what I'm about to share is very personal and still very fresh in mind. But I'm hoping by sharing, it will help you or someone you love.

I've been on a really enlightening health journey over the last 6 months. My health had been declining over recent months and I couldn't get to the bottom of my strange symptoms. Then after a recent trip to A&E, the final piece of the jigsaw fell into place and everything became crystal clear. Thankfully I can now start my journey to regaining my full vitality.
