June 2021 | Take 5 Art Challenge | Mixed Media Art Journal process video

It is the last day of the month and that means a new take 5 art challenge. Today we share our take 5 art projects to inspire you to join us in this mixed media art challenge.

The mixed media art journal process video I am sharing today was a very emotional and meaningful one for me. I want to thank Sylvia for the prompts because it was a very much needed journaling session. My art journals are a reflection of my life and this is no different. I am actually really happy with how this page turned out and I absolutely love the texture!

Here are the prompts for this month:
• Add lyrics of a song you like
• Include a tea bag or coffee filter
• Play with a monochromatic color palette
• Use 2 stamps or 2 stencils
• Rub-ons
