Testing a Rotisserie Grill 3 DIFFERENT WAYS! | Rotisserie Chicken and more

The one where Matt puts his Rotisserie Grill through it's paces again, but not once, not twice, but three times as he makes Paneer Tikka skewers, Chicken Satay skewers, Rotisserie Chicken, and a wonderful grilled Pineapple.

Ingredients

Chicken Satay

4 x Chicken Breasts
250g Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 Tbsp Ground Tumeric
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
25g Fresh Ginger, grated
1 x Red Chilli Chopped
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
150ml Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Tsp Fish Paste
1 x Lime Juice

Paneer Tikka

1 Block of Paneer
1 Onion
1 Pepper
150g Plain Yoghurt
25g Fresh Ginger
3 x Garlic Cloves
2 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
