The absence of cemented or even rough roads in Brgy. Manurigao, New Bataan, Comval Province did not place its people in frustrations and regrets, instead, it made them resourceful and creative.

When assisted with funds by DSWD and Philippine Red Cross, the more their initiatives were stirred on to act on a solution to their problem and the provision of their need.

A product of collaboration and love made their access to the government services a little bit easier, when they created a motor trail covered with rough thick woods. Wheels of the motorcycles are able to roll and persevere towards every destination.

In this very far area of New Bataan, Comval, does government's care towards its people exist?

We shall know it in this documentary written, directed and produced by Journalist and filmmaker John Paul S. Seniel.
