Apple Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS :
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp backing powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Buttermilk
3-4 peeled, sliced apples

INSTRUCTIONS :
➡️ Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9inch springform pan.
➡️ In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, backing powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
➡️ In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla extract stir the buttermilk and sour cream together in a small bowl.
➡️ Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk mixture to the butter until fully combined.
➡️ Fold in the apples. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 45-50 mins or until cake is set.
