Standing allows you to maintain a neutral spine and strengthen your core in the same positions you use throughout your day.

For this series, grab a heavy dumbbell and move slowly and with control — you’ll feel it fire up your core and your upper body!

Complete this as:
💥 3-4 rounds
💥 Rest at least 1 minute between rounds
