Sharing everything that’s actually helping me grow my hair faster in my 1-year Hair Density Challenge 💆‍♀️✨

Protein in natural forms- eggs, tofu, paneer
Or you can also take a clean protein supplement like Cosmix or wellbeing nutrition
Deep conditioning hair masks that improve hair quality and elasticity and also reduce split ends
High quality hair growth serum that gives you baby hair
Small habits like eating aliv seeds (only in the winter months)
Small habits again like pumpkin seeds as they are natural DHT blockers.
A good shampoo that doesnt increase length but cleanses the scalp really well
Hair oils like Kalonji oil that stops your hair fall and seasonal shedding
leave in hair serums
Satin scrunchies

No hacks, no BS - just small, consistent things that work. And yes I wasn’t born with thick or heavy hair so building such a routine is very important 🌸
