Pemanasan sebelum Running / Jogging - Semua Level - Beberapa gerakan pemanasan untuk Runing/Jogging
Pemanasan / Warm Up sebelum olahraga apa saja penting untuk dilakukan. Apalagi jika sebelumnya tubuh kita diam di posisi yang sama selama beberapa jam (baru bangun tidur, duduk, atau berdiri), gerakan2 simple untuk pemanasan sebaiknya dilakukan. Pemanasan mempersiapkan otot / joint kita untuk melakukan aktifitas. Banyak cedera terjadi karena pemanasan kurang atau bahkan tidak dilakukan.
Pemanasan dalam sesi ini bisa dilakukan seluruhnya, atau bisa dipilih beberapa gerakan (5-7 gerakan) apabila waktu tidak memungkinkan. Latihan ini berfokus pada mengaktifkan abdominal, mobilitas pinggul, menggerakkan dan peregangan kaki.
