Sekarang kita sudah memasuki bulan puasa dan selamat berpuasa bagi yang menjalankan. Selama berpuasa, kita harus tetap menjaga badan kita agar tetap fit. Kita akan melatih badan kita dengan gerakan yang mudah (tidak berat) , agar kita tidak terlalu capek namun tetap latihan secara maksimal agar tubuh tetap fit. Latihan ini akan berfokus pada bernafas dan lengthening.
