1 3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup plus 1/2 tbsp

2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
200 ml water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
150 g baking chocolate chopped into chunks

FOr the icing
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
350 ml whipping cream
100 g dutch process cocoa powder
