High functioning depression

Mild depression which is also known as high functioning depression isn't spoken about enough. In this video I wanted to raise awareness on this type of depression as it can be just as important to seek treatment for it as for other types of depression. It is much more important to nip it in the bud before its gets serious, so please feel free to share your comments or thoughts if you think you may be struggling and please find support in a mental health professional.
