Pranayam - Inner Assessment

This series of three exercises helps us to assess ourselves - to become aware of our capacity for balance; to understand how we project ourselves to ourself first, then to others; and to recognize our inner strength. Through this practice we can enter a deep inner stillness and dwell in the Infinite Self.

It was recorded in Vancouver in March 2012 as part of the Beyond Addiction training. The instructors are Sat Dharam Kaur ND, Sat Kaur Khalsa and Yogi Amandeep Singh.

The series was first taught by Yogi Bhajan in the summer of 1992.
