Mini chocolate tart ~ I used milk chocolate and whipping cream as filling and dust with bitter cocoa powder to neutral the sweetness of the milk chocolate. Still crispy and crumbly tart shell as usual but better serve it 5 minutes after out from the fridge to have a soft milky chocolate texture.*for kids you can choose not to dust the cocoa powder.

迷你巧克力挞～ 这次用了牛奶巧克力和鲜奶油做馅料，最后撒上微苦的可可粉中和牛奶巧克力的甜味。建议从冰箱取出5分钟后才享用，这样就能尝到酥脆的挞皮及入口即化的牛奶巧克力挞 *不敢吃苦的小朋友可以不撒可可粉

Ingredients 材料
4.5cm Tart mould

Tart Shell 挞皮
60g Unsalted butter 60克无盐牛油
20g Icing Sugar 20克糖粉
1 Egg yolk 1颗蛋黄
80g Cake flour 80克低筋面粉
20g Cocoa powder 20克可可粉
A pinch of salt 少许盐

Chocolate Filling 巧克力馅料
100g Milk chocolate 100克牛奶巧克力
120ml Whipping cream 120ml 鲜奶油
