CHICKEN BROCCOLI STIR FRY
Recipe:
2 cups broccoli florets , or large head of broccoli
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/2 medium size chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 inch small size ginger ,peeled & chopped
3 green/spring onion, sliced
3 Tbsp light soy sauce
5- 6 Tbsp honey
6-8 Tbsp hot water
1 Tbsp corn starch & water mixture for thickener
1/2 tsp sesame seeds or parsley (optional)
