Dingle Single Malt Whiskey is a triple distilled Irish single malt whiskey from Dingle Distillery that has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Today we will find out how it tastes in our whiskey review.

We will also explain how the different flavour notes of a whiskey come to be, talking about processes such as distillation, treating the malt, the oak cask the whiskey is aged in and its history and how the flavour of the whiskey is effected by sherry casks or ex bourbon casks.
