Meshless Real-time Ray Tracing Demo
A demo of my real-time ray tracing project. Currently a work in progress. The video was put together to show off some of the more simple but cool things you can do with implicit rendering techniques like ray marching.
The video was recorded at a 640x480 resolution to maintain good FPS on my mediocre laptop and so is best *not* viewed in fullscreen.
The renderer is developed from scratch using C++ and DirectX 11. Everything is rendered inside the pixel shader. All geometry is implicit and mathematically defined using distance functions (no mesh models).
