KIDS EDITION I The Figo Show
FigoFit: Today we're dong a fun kids workout with 3 moves! 20 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between! If you want a tough workout go for 2 rounds!
1. Ninja Side Plank
2. Star Jumps
3. Crab Walks
FigoFood: In the kitchen, we're making healthy pumpkin muffins! Here we use Pillsbury pumpkin quick bread mix with 100% real pumpkin and we follow the directions on the box for muffins:
Ingredients:
-1 bag of Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix
-2 eggs
-1/3 C oil
-1 cup milk
-2 eggs
-optional- 1 C ground flaxseeds for extra fiber and healthy fats!
Directions: In a large bowl mix together the ingredients. Pour into muffin tins and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
