A week ago I was arrested in La Paz Bolivia for trespassing in a Government building. This video will tell you how it happened, and how I was able to avoid going to jail for 8 hours with a dozen other Bolivian inmates. It involves a dropped cell phone, the police, Bolivian TV and a pack of paper.
