The Coastal Tram of Belgium/ Kusttram van België

Belgium's coastal tram or the Kusttram started service along the Belgian Coast in 1885. With a route length of 67 Km, it is the longest tram service in the World. Unlike other trams ways in the world, which run on standard gauge tracks, the Kusttram runs on meter gauge tracks. The highlight of the route is Hitler's Atlantik wall alongside which the tram runs near Raversjide station. Here I present a foreigners perspective on Belgium's Kusttram
