Wood to Metal Bandsaw Conversion - Part 2
Crikey. She's a goer! Here in part 2 I can reveal that the saw actually cuts metal. I have been able to finish off the blade guides and I have installed the 30:1 Nema 34 gearbox which now gives a cutting speed which is the best compromise for cutting mild steel and aluminium. I also show a simple tool for installing rivnuts.
