Mini Strawberry Cakes | Strawberry Cake Pops

These strawberry mini cakes are covered in white chocolate and filled with strawberry cake pop mix and homemade strawberry puree. Using a heart shaped mold, we'll coat first with colored compound white chocolate, and then fill the firm shells with strawberry cake pop mix and puree. The leaves and stems can be made with fondant.

You can use box cake of any flavor (you'll need a dozen cupcakes), but if you'd like to use a homemade version, you can use my app here by selecting "Strawberry" and "One dozen cupcakes" to get the right amount for 8 cakelets.
