Can Seated Tai Chi Heal Back Pain?

Could Tai Chi actually heal back pain? That would be a strong claim, but in 2106 a team of researchers from the Stanford University Medical School found that SEATED TAI CHI significantly reduced back pain - even for people with sever spinal cord injuries. What was really interesting about the study was that participants only average 10 minutes per day (one hour per week), and did a gentle seated practice that didn't require any special routine.
