Veganism now well represented at the Clumber Park annual Food & Drink Festival

A few weeks ago I vlogged here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qux1TWHnSbI) about a forthcoming Food & Drink Festival at Clumber Park, Worksop, Nottingham. The event took place last weekend, the 18th and 19th of September, and I am reporting briefly on it in this short video (sorry – no special effects this time around: just a quick, basic vlog), as well as publishing in a companion video the vegan cookery demonstration that I filmed there on the Saturday, in which the Celebrity Chef, Dirty Vegan Matt Pritchard, prepared Aubergine Parmigiana.
