Bernardo Lemos, PhD, professor of pharmacology and toxicology at the UArizona R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, is researching the differences between our biological and chronological ages to determine what the discrepancies mean.

He discusses factors that can affect biological age and how interventions that slow aging can be thought of as a type of preventive medicine.
