Emaar Beachfront Construction Update April 2022

Welcome to the NEW Palm Island/ Dubai Marina of the future. Well it is really if you think about it...because where else can one buy NEW and on a PAYMENT PLAN with private Beach access!

Those who are living in Dubai Marina chose it originally as it lined the beach- well now they have their very OWN beach here in this new development of the future so they are starting to move out of the area and into this one - certainly tourists for short term rental ONLY want beach access where they book to stay !

Where on the Palm are there any NEW properties with private beachfront currently being built at affordable prices on payment plans? Not many..if at all...hence why Emaar Beachfront is going from strength to strength!

So whats here for sale? The answer is not a lot, as everything has been SOLD OUT! Yes that's right SOLD OUT...when we have our next and FINAL launch, units will be sold out in under 20 mins or less I would say!!!!!! - the demand is VERY HIGH - I can't see how many buyers/ investors will get what they want unless - and I have TWO tips for you how to get a beachfront property:

1- The next and FINAL launch of the building here ( there is talk of The Address Hotel & Residences but it is NOT CONFIRMED YET) ....when it happens, you will ONLY be able to book a Half or Full Floor ( whatsapp me for details how to get in the queue to ensure you don't miss out). I have a few investors gathering together to look at getting what they want by taking a BULK deal- you can too!

2- You don't buy here at all ...but you buy another much more reasonable development that I have where 2 beds also WITH private beach access are only at 1.6-1.7mill aed on a 3 year payment plan ! YES its a private beach and just as good and the future of Dubai and still VERY cheap .( FYI here on Emaar Beachfront resale market 1 beds are going from 1.9-1.95 mill aed not even with a great view!!!!)

Failing the above, you can of course come into the resale market and pick up a unit from an owner (however you will of course pay them their premium/ profit that they made because they were pioneers and bought on Day 1) also, there will be no payment plan so you must be a cash buyer or Resident in Dubai to avail of a mortgage!
