Progress has been made here at Tilal Al Ghaf driving through the entrance. To my LEFT you will see Phase 1,2 and 3 townhouses - most are now all painted white whilst construction is now very much on the interior of the properties!

This is the MAIN ENTRANCE into Tilal from Hessa Street however for now they have this closed off and you must enter from the Royal Grammar School Entrance whilst construction continues on the main community as it grows ever closer to handover.

ALL Tilal Al Ghaf offplan is now sold out. We only have townhouses and villas for RESALE ( with private owners) where premiums are already over 20% and rising as we fast approach Handover when ever more people decide to make this fabulous new community their home.
