Good points of staying at a sharehouse:
+ Less paperwork
+ Cheaper
+ New friends, yay!
+ Fully furnished.

Bad points of staying at a sharehouse:
- Might be too many people (my friend lived with 31 other strangers at one point)
- Bathrooms might be an issue
- House chores might become a point of contention between housemates
- Less privacy
