Today I'm doing a mixed media portrait in my new square shaped art journal /alcohol marker pad by Ohuhu. I decided to jazz up the first art journal page of the book with a little washi tape & texture collage!

If you've been in a creative funk - collaging art journal backgrounds with washi tape is one of the EASIEST collage techniques I know, and it's a GREAT WAY to get you ready to EXPRESS yourself!!
