An Intellectually Disabled Senior with Dementia (And Her Caregiving Brother)

Kay is an intellectually disabled senior who has dementia. Her brother, Gerald, and his wife are her caregivers. Kay and Gerald are the children of migrant workers and traveled from work site to work site while camping out in fields as kids. Gerald noticed during this time that his mother always loved and protected Kay. Now with their mom gone, Gerald considers it a blessing to be able to do the same.
