This is a Video showing the repair of a worcester bosch boiler right side flow turbine and Associated Hydro bloc assembly. The house is a Hmo 7 people living there..They were warned I was coming and Asked not To use the water other than for Brushing there Teeth.. Well the repair goes well until a Girl in the Top of the house decides to take a shower..Running the water for 20 mins hoping it would get hot at some point !! having tried for 20 mins she decides not to bother with a shower and finally turns it off. Meanwhile Im shouting my head off to get her attention with no luck clearly. Having turned on cold water tap and hot water to relieve the pressure of the water that has gone thru a diverter that clearly wasn't fitted with check valves im now getting soaked...the water is close to electrics and Boiler components. I make a call to the Landlord who says " the only keys are in MY pocket " so would not gain entry and the Tennant he has no number for ! Finally running up the stairs to tell her Not to turn the water back on and that she has Just FLOODED the kitchen her reply is sensational " Ok COOL " Having flooded the place she decides not to Say sorry or anything ..Jumps in an Uber and is gone ! Meanwhile the job gets done and the Commentary on the way is Fun. Just goes to show it can happen to anyone. Thanks for watching.
