This is hopefully the last time I have to make a Video on The worcester Bosch Greenstar Junior. Its not that I dont like it, Its merely that they were awkward to work on. For instance the Plastic parts were prone to pin holes and some disintegrate completley. The water turbine adapter was prone to this mostly. The burner requires some skill to get out and the replacement of the Gasket and electrodes often needed. The prv was the main sticking point with this boiler, Wb thought that by putting it at the rear Nobody would ever need to replace. The fact this boiler has NO pressure switch means it would and does run dry..as you will see in the video. Its great for the Installer and customer as the Boiler will never have water pressure issues !!! but the boilers hex pays the price by overheating. In this video i show a tool i came up with to remove the Hex baffle etc , even on stubborn 14 yrs old easy comes out. i give dimensions and show how its made. I also show a Pressure vessel for putting Chemicals into systems and boilers effortlessly. No street all made by myself. I really hope you enjoy and please remember to subscribe.
