Quick Puff Pastry fullproof recipe I Flaky, Light, Buttery, Melting in mouth, Easy to cut I HelloEl

INGREDIENTS :

- 250g FLOUR.
- 200g BUTTER.
- 1/4 teaspoon SALT.
- 125mL WATER.

COMPARISON :
- inverted puff pastry needs less butter but more flour than the quick puff pastry.
- inverted puff pastry has a bit floury taste than the quick puff pastry wich has more of a buttery taste and also a more flaky texture.
